Reaction Against The Withdrawal:
It is another step taken by Donald Trump which has displeased a lot of people, including the Silicon
Valley folks. In the reaction there was also a tweet on the twitter from Tesla Elon Musk. He said that in
the reaction to this decision, he is going to stop advising the President Donald Trump.
Mark Zuckerberg’s Reaction:
Now, a statement from the CEO of the Facebook has also arrived in reaction against this decision made
by Trump. And arguably we can say, this is his first ever most political statement. His reaction which he posted on his Facebook wall was:
“Withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement is bad for the environment, bad for the economy, and
it puts our children's future at risk,” Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post. “For our part, we've
committed that every new data center we build will be powered by 100% renewable energy. Stopping
climate change is something we can only do as a global community, and we have to act together before
it's too late.”
Mark Zuckerberg at Harvard College:
A week ago, Mark also addressed at the Harvard College. He put emphasis and encouraged the students
to take initiatives and support the fight against climate change. But, as much as others are shocked and
displeased with the withdrawal of the US from “Paris Climate Agreement”, so is the CEO of Facebook.
