Customer’s Feedback on Hulu Super Bowl LII Stream
All the users who experienced this issue had flocked to the internet to register their complaint with the customer support. They cited a variety of messages that included “rights restrictions” to ‘”no content available”. As far as Hulu’s comments are concerned, they had stated that only a small percentage of people were affected by this issue. How many people and which markets were affected, the live streaming company didn’t tell anything about that.
The Company Statement
In this regards, Hulu has just released an apology statement that was as follows.
“We know this is an unacceptable experience for those viewers, and we sincerely apologize for the interruption”.
