Magic Leap might be looking forward to raise a round D series funding, to support its vision of Augmented Reality Glasses. The funding could go as much as around $1 billion.The CB Insights were provided in this regards, it was confirmed that $1 billion new funding is about to start by the secretive startup. This round of funding has been authorized and could begin very soon. At $27 per share, the filing authorizes the shares of over $37 million for the D series funding.

Funding Estimations

Equidate has estimated and proposed that this round of funding is being done around $7 billion. Whereas, the Pitchbook estimated to be around $6.5 billion. However, the Magic Leap’s spokesperson hasn’t confirmed that the deal has been completed yet.
