With the induction of going live feature in Facebook the things just moved on to another new level. This feature just made a huge impact and get a real appreciation from the users. Just like Facebook, the YouTube also now offers its users live streaming feature.

Initial Live Streaming Feature:

Initially, the YouTube opened this feature to those members who have got 10,000 subscribers. There was no official message or news on this however. After some time, YouTube removed the restriction of having 10,000 subscribers to avail this feature. This feature is now made available to those people who have got at least 1000 subscribers. Now the YouTube has just made a statement that it has opened a new feature for it’s those members who have got at least 1000 subscribers. They can now use the feature of live streaming like Facebook.

YouTube On Top Of The App Chart:

The YouTube can now be seen on the top of the app chart. It never held this position after December 2015, but now as soon as it has introduced its new live streaming feature, YouTube has been able to top the chart again. Now in Google Play Store and iPhone iTunes Store, we can see YouTube either on #1 or #2. Where it is on #2 doesn’t make too much difference, as we all know that in most of the phones we find YouTube pre-installed app. So we can openly say that YouTube is now on top of the App Charts after introducing the live streaming feature.
