Apple recently launched the new group Face Time feature. Yes! You can enjoy calling your multiple friends, colleague or family members if you have iOS 12.1.4 on your iPhone or iPad.
As soon as it was launched and people started using it, there were reports that it has eavesdrop bug before even accepting the call which was not a good sign. Would you want someone to listen to their personal or professional conversations secretly?  I guess. No one would! So when the bug was reported all over social media, Apple fixed it with software updating.
The bug was actually allowing people to swipe up and be a part of Group FaceTime call. The feature came on the surface to help people connect and have healthy discussions. But all went in vain when the bug started to appear because it became a privacy issue for so many people. The security concern was high as the information shared can be confidential and apply responded to the situation as soon as they got to know about it.
After solving the concern, Apple gave out a statement that issue is resolved for the Group FaceTime security bug on Apple’s servers and they will launch a software update to enable the feature for the Apple customers next week. The company also apologized to the people who faced the issues and appreciated the supportive and patient users during the entire stir.
Now the things are clear, install the update, and you should not have any problem in FaceTime Group Call.
