Todd Swidler is going to join twitter, to run all its partnerships for live video. He has recently been hired by Twitter, as Twitter wants him to take control of the quickly growing live video business. Todd was the Vice President at Bloomberg, he was taking care of the company’s video and partnerships there.

Todd’s Previous Designation:

Todd also recently worked as CEO at a gaming company named ESC Games. He has joined this company and started his job in July last year. He will now join Twitter to look after the business sides of the live video efforts. The ambition would be to become a growing Digital TV distributor.

Twitter Live Video Streaming Deals:

During this vein, there are many deals being made by Twitter with Bloomberg and many other companies. These deals are part of the planning to stream the live video content on Twitter around the clock. Todd will be responsible to make it really happen for Twitter though.

Todd will take care of the Business side of the Live Video Streaming:

Todd will be taking care of the matters on the business side with the live video team to make things happen big, in the favor of Twitter. However, the CEO of the Periscope named Kayvon Beykpour will still be taking care of the product side of the live video efforts which twitter will make.
