What was the Update?
The release of the WatchOS 4.0.1 was quite straightforward. The notes regarding this update were as follows: “watchOS 4.0.1 fixes issues that in rare cases were causing Apple Watch to join unauthenticated (captive) Wi-Fi networks, such as those found in public places like coffee shops and hotels, which direct the user to a webpage before the network can be accessed,”
You can update your app by tapping “General” and then “Software Update”, it will lead you to download and install the new patch released. It just takes a while to update your WatchOS.
