It goes without doubt that Apple Watch was a massive innovation, but the industry is chasing it forever. Why shouldn’t it be? Because it is considered a rare thing to be spotted in the category of wearable! Many brands including the Fitbit have been found in questing in the same direction.
On the other hand, the approach Samsung has always been distinctive and diverse varying from all others. The watches introduced by the Samsung are relatively bigger, hulking gadgets with chrome covering like a kind of Swiss Army knife customary approach as many other products.
Many were expecting the departure of Galaxy Watch after the announcement of the Note 9, all in vain. However, the name of the product indicated a prospective transference towards Android Wear, but the company seems intended to stick with Tizen.
And why it shouldn’t be? Samsung has invested a considerable long time to make the Tizen efficiently smart by working on operating system improvements in multiple generations.
It no doubt, is an outcome of the comprehensive cost-benefit analysis. However, the biggest drawback of Wear OS is no third party apps compatibility and support which is offered on Tizen.
Further, another factor which makes the Samsung Watch unique for use is the bezel-supported navigation.  Recently, it is the most aspired things to beat the finicky controls integrated by many other brands. It was no doubt, an early choice made by the company which distinguishes the Samsung’s watches as the best.
However, when it’s come to the cost, Samsung is pricey. The latest release of 42mm is around $329 while the 46mm can be bought by spending $349. You have to pay something around $50 extra for LTE upgrade.  So, the product is roughly equal to the Apple Watch when prices are compared.
From the viewpoint of an Android user, the actual competition is considerably cheaper than the Versa ($200). It makes the Samsung substantially at the crossroads where it has close competition with Fitbit in the Android market.
Last but not least, the competition can only be won by maintaining a balance between price and innovation. But, the Galaxy Watch is for sure a perfect choice for smart people.
