Apple has been in the top 3 smartphone brands for more than a decade, and even though their advancements in technology have decreased recently, the world still keeps an eye on any news coming from Apple manufacturers.
After the launch of iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR, they are now planning to introduce four new models in their iPhone line.
Three of the four mentioned iPhones coming up with 5.4 inches, 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches OLED screens will also feature 5G connectivity & 3D sensing camera technology too, said J.P. Morgan note reported by CNN on Tuesday.
J.P Morgan note also added that they are expecting a sale of 195 million units in 2020 jumping from the 180 Million units’ purchase from the year 2019. The fourth model featuring a design like iPhone 8 without the new 5G technology or 3D sensing camera is planned to add up to these expected sales in 2020.
Apple currently relies on the Qualcomm, an organization that provides them with chips for their cellphones, but they are planning to get reduce that dependence by introducing its 5G modem in 2022-2023.
One of the problems that iPhone manufacturers have faced since its inception has been its battery timing. With the new Apple A13 processor being dispatched in the iPhone XR 2, the tech giants intend to improve their device’s battery performance, providing a longer battery life for XR 2.
Moreover, Apple is also expected to improve its already amazing camera setup and resolution by upgrading the configuration to something even fancier, said the tech analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. With an introduction of triple camera setup, Apple also intends to upgrade the front camera from 7 MP to 12 MP enhancing the selfie experience of the users supported by the all-new 12 Megapixels super-wide-angle camera lens in the 5.8 inches and 6.5 inch OLED phones.
With successors of iPhone XS Max and XR coming up with triple cameras, USB-C settings etc. one could expect the prices to be in the range of $1000-$1200 while the lower-spec LCD models could lie in the old $800 range.
